Return Requests To initiate a return, please email us at
[email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, include your order number and reason for the return.
Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria: – Items must be unused and in their original packaging. – All tags and labels must still be attached. – Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon with our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
